We enjoyed working with you this past year and look forward to being your teachers again next year, we hope that your 4th grade experience was an enjoyable and challenging for you. This will help you prepare for the upcoming school year.
Here are some things you can do over the summer to help make the transition into upper grades easier for you when the school year starts.
Have a wonderful summer and remind your parents/guardian that school starts on August 4, 2020. We have included a supply list so you can start gathering the necessary school supplies as they go on sale during the summer. Remember you can still use the supplies from this past year too.

- Read at least 60 minutes daily. Be sure to log down all the books that you have read over the summer. We will be collecting your reading logs when school starts. There will be a prize for the top readers.
- Math timetables 2-12 front daily. We want to write this everyday, Monday through Friday. We expect to collect 40 pages from you when school starts.
- Math factor tables 1-50 (see the copy enclosed). We also want you to write this everyday, Monday through Friday. We expected to collect 40 pages from you when school starts.
- We would like you to do a www.kidbiz3000.com article daily. KidBiz will be open and available all summer! Make sure you do the thought question and multiple choice activity for each article given during the week.
